Hello guys!
I have been using Lightroom and Photoshop for almost a year without any problem, but since 1 week both programs crash from the beginning when I want to use them.
I already tried to update them, but nothing has changed. Even the creative cloud is not responding and it is not even opening.
I read in some other posts that this could be solved by uninstalling the software and installing it again, but I am afraid to do it because I don't know if all my presets and edits will be lost if I do this, do you know if this could happen if I try this solution? And if yes, what else could be the reason why my programs are still crashing? Thank you very much in advance for your help!
