Crop displays off center preview after the Lightroom Desktop 4.0 update

Sorry that the Crop tool displays off center preview after the v4.0 update. 

This is a known issue and our engineers are currently investigating it. In the meanwhile, please downgrade to the v3.4 from the Creative Cloud desktop app and let us know if that helps. See https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/install-previous-version.html

I have just upgraded my lightroom version to V4.0. When I use the cropping tool, the image is resized to fit the crop, rather then actually removing areas of the image I do not want.

I tried locking & unlocking 'Constrain Aspect Ratio' and this didn't seem to do anything. 

This issue didn't exist pre-upgrade.
