I have LR6 and now have a problem that it won't work since Adobe considers I have too many installations. All my other PCs have been destroyed. I installed LR on my new laptop but need to get previous installations deactivated so it will work better on the laptop. Any suggestions? I'm finding that getting assistance from Adobe is about nil.
This is a user to user community. For some issues it will be necessary to contact Adobe directly. Click the following link and scroll down the page to Individual. Then click “Sign in to contact us” It should be possible to start an on-line chat with Adobe. Make it clear you are not looking for support for an older product but need your activations re-set.
