Desktop Lightroom No Longer Syncing iPhone 8 Camera app Photos

About a month ago, my desktop version of Lightroom stopped syncing the photos I took on my iPhone 8 Camera app. As of August 21st, the photos had always automatically showed up in my All Photos view. Now only a random few seem to show up. Anyone have any idea what settings to check to ensure that my iPhone camera app photos do indeed auto sync into my Lightroom library?

All photos in Lightroom on the phone should sync via the Cloud to Lightroom Desktop.
