Detailed Image Striped Windows 10 and Lightroom version 3.1

I have Windows 10 and Lightroom (Cloud based) version 3.1

The previous version worked initially (grids and detail image) . Suddenly detail image displayed as stripes. Grid images fine.

Updated to version 3.1 and still had the same problem.

Unistalled and then reinstalled 3.1 and still the detail image is striped. Help!

Does it happen with a specific image or all images?

Could you try turning off Use Graphics Processor by going into Preferences > Performance, then relaunch Lightroom and let us know if it helps?
