DNG Defaults for S20 and iPhone photos are weird

Seen a few others mention it after digging through forums

Why is it that the RAWs from the S20 and iPhone models are imported with +15 white, -5 blacks and +8 clarity as their default rather than just 0?

 

Anyone know?

Probably because Adobe thought that was a better default than zero.
