Downloading, Unzipping, Uploading DNG to Lightroom CC

Hello all,

I'm looking for some guidance on the best step-by-step practice for downloading a zipped file of DNG presets on an Android phone, unzipping them (also on the phone), and then uploading/saving them to Lightroom CC.
