That is a broad question. You are the photographer, the photo finisher, the entrepreneur. Use your imagination. Create a business plan, decide what it is you want to do, decide where your strengths are, decide how to market your strengths, and go to work. I don't think anyone here can lay out a step-by-step plan telling you what to do to make money using Adobe Lightroom.
Do you want to photo finish for others? Do you want to create plug-ins to sell? Do you want to photograph and photo finish for others? Do you want to market your own prints? Do you want to teach Lightroom classes? You decide and then go for it.
