Hi there,

Sorry that Lightroom mobile edits are not syncing over to Lightroom Desktop.

Which version of Lightroom mobile and Lightroom Desktop are you using?

There could be a couple of reasons why this might happen:

  1. Do you have enough storage space available on Lightroom Cloud to upload and sync images? Check your storage here: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/file-storage-quota.html#id_21395
  2. Have you paused syncing in Lightroom Desktop? Click on the cloud icon in the top right - at the bottom does it say Synced and Backed Up, or Sync Paused?
  3. Do you see your edits from Lightroom Mobile getting synced over to Lightroom Web? Open Lightroom Web and check whether the images have updated with the edits you've made on the mobile app. Also, check the Sync Issues section in Lightroom Web and ensure there are no sync errors.
  4. Make sure that Sync is Enabled on Lightroom Mobile and it is connected to Internet.
  5. If Lightroom Desktop is also not syncing images to the Cloud, checkout the steps mentioned here: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/kb/stuck-syncing.html

Let us know how it goes,

Thanks,

Akash
