This morning I started LR CC on my Mac to upload some new photos. I had to realize that all my 15.000 synchronized photos had gone. The system is making a complete new synchronization, it is still working. I did not have any program update that I would know of. This comes out of the blue. All photos are still on my mobile.

Why is this?

Verify your Adobe ID with which you logged in to Lightroom CC on the desktop is the same as your Lightroom device's Adobe ID. It sounds like your desktop isn't logged into the correct ID.

Thank you, Rikk Flohr. After a while I did, what never should be done: I exited the program, while it seemed to be synchronizing. And started LR again. And it worked with no problem. So it was not necessary to try what you suggest.
