Error occurs after clicking on photo

Hi all,

I've formated my computer and installed Adobe creative cloud and Lightroom again. After that I opened lightroom, added photos and wanted to open one of them and edit. Aftek clicking on the photo an error occured and I saw options: sen raport or dont send the raport. After choosing 1 or 2 option - programme closes.... Can anyone help?

Sorry that Lightroom app is crashing on your computer while editing an image.

Which exact version of Lightroom are you using? Like Lightroom Classic 10.2 or Lightroom Desktop 4.2?

Also, are you using a Mac or Windows computer and what is the version of the operating system installed?

Would you mind deselecting the option "Use Graphics Processor" located in Lightroom's Preferences > Performance menu, then relaunch the app and let us know if it helps? See: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/kb/troubleshoot-gpu.html
