Error signing in lightroom 5.2.2

Using android 9.0 I have downloaded premium version of lightroom 5.2.2

Successfully installed but could not synchronized 

Its give error while sign in and ask to try later

Please let me know how to fix this issue

Probably it would be better if you posted in the Lightroom Mobile forum. The question really has nothing to do with Lightroom Classic.

Log in in your Adobe account before you can even think of syncing, I believe.
