That isn't a great user experience as you're getting an error "Failed to load" while using Lightroom, we're sorry to hear about this.
Please explain the issue you're facing in more detail with a brief description of your workflow? Which version of Lightroom are you using? Are you getting this error on a mobile device or your desktop?
