Fichier RAW importation noir et blanc Lightroom mobile

Hello,

I am new here.

here is the problem I meet on Lightroom mobile for 3 weeks 1 month.

When I want to import the photos from my iPhone taken by my SLR on Lightroom, they automatically turn into black and white and there is nothing I can do about it. Even when I want to put a color preset it shows it to me in B&W. I can't understand where it could come from. I did not change anything in my settings or inadvertently but unlikely. I tried with different Sd cards. I also specify that it is only RAW files that appears in B&W for jpeg is good.

Hi Ludivine,

That does not sound good, as the images are turning black & white in Lightroom, could you please let us know the version of Lightroom you're using?

Does it happen with raw images or jpeg images?
Do you have custom presets installed in Lightroom?
