Files not syncing from cloud to PC

Earlier today I created several DNG images on my Android phone using Lightroom. These have all synced properly to the cloud.

All but 5 of the images have synced to Lighroom 2.4.1 on a Windows 10 PC, but the other 5 have not after nearly 5 hours. "Syncing 5 photos" appears in Lightroom on the Windows PC.

I have tried the following:

  1. Quit and restarted Lightroom.
  2. Paused and resumed the sync process.
  3. Rebooted the computer.
  4. Logged out of Adobe Creative Cloud and logged back in.

I've seen discussions that deal with failed linking from a device to the cloud, but I didn't see any that discussed problems syncing from the cloud to the computer. Such a thread may well exist, but I haven't found it.

If you've encountered this problem, were you able to fix it and, if so, how?

Thanks!

Additional information: Lightroom on an IPad shows that all files have synced, so I now believe that all images from the phone have synced and that the "syncing 5 photos" message is bogus. My revised question is how do I eliminate the invalid sync status?

Final update: All of the photos seem to have synced, but Lightroom on the PC still reports that it's trying to sync 5 photos. So apparently the solution, should one ever arrive, will have to be provided by Adobe developers.

This has been resolved. In fact, it's a problem that wasn't a problem.

Although the phone reported that it had uploaded all images to the cloud, it appears to have been somewhat less than truthful. Perhaps the phone had told the cloud that files were coming, but they weren't yet present. The cloud perhaps spawned messages to other devices with information that images were coming. The PC instance of Lightroom showed "syncing" even though the files apparently were not yet on the cloud-based server.

You'll notice the frequent use of "apparently". I'm guessing here.

In any event, overnight the 5 files from the phone finally made it to the cloud and they have been synced to other devices.

So .....
