Full resolution downloads on shared albums?

My original file size is 6mb. The download from the shared option is 1mb. There seems to bo no option to allow original, or at least 100% jpg, quality downloads. I've searched every option I can find.

When I log in to the web version it allows me to download the 6mb version from my account but not when I log in to the account I shared it to under a different email, it only has "download" which ends up being 1mb.

I am using Lightroom CC on both laptop and iOS with same results.

I don't think there are any other options.
