Help with installing presets in Lightroom

So I bought presets for my phone and the app, and I'm trying to download them to the Lightroom app and it's not working, can't figure it out. Any know what I could be doing wrong?

Hi there,

First you need to install the presets in the Lightroom app on your phone, then those presets will be synced to Lightroom on desktop and cloud. Please have a look at this video to know how you can install the presets: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jcnMx4nC0Lk
