The radial filter has developed a bug--can't switch from inside to outside. Always adjusts outside the circle. I have uninstalled Bridge but that doesn't do it. Works fine in Lightroom and in ACR on my laptop. But not on my Mac desktop. And I can't figure out how to uninstall it.

Hi there,
We are sorry about the issues you are facing while using the Radial filter in Camera Raw.
Would you mind confirming the macOS version you are using on your Mac desktop? If you are running macOS Catalina, the issue is known and is currently being worked on by our product team. Please check the link below.

You can uninstall Camera Raw by running the Creative Cloud cleaner tool through the below mentioned link.
To reinstall the latest version of Camera Raw, you can download the installer from:

Regards,
Nikunj

Why are you posting this in a Lightroom forum? If the reason is that you have a problem with the Radial brush in Lightroom or Lightroom Classic, then uninstalling and reinstalling ACR will not help. Lightroom uses the same routines as Camera Raw, but these routines are built-in. Lightroom does not use Camera Raw itself.
