Am a novice to all of this, and have downloaded over 5000 images from recent vacation, after shooting in JPEG+RAW.  How do I separate them into two folders/libraries etc?

Assuming you are using v3.2 Lightroom-Desktop (Cloud based)-

Only a work-around! (and others may have better suggestions)

1) Click the filter funnel

2) Click the [Type] dropdown menu

3) Choose [Raw]  - to view only raw file type

4) Apply Flags or Stars or Keywords to the raws to differentiate them from other files using other filters.

Regards. My System: Lightroom-Classic 13.2 Photoshop 25.5, ACR 16.2, Lightroom 7.2, Lr-iOS 9.0.1, Bridge 14.0.2, Windows-11.
