How do we share presets with an additional account member?

We have shared our account with our marketing representative and they are unable to use our preset. They imported a photo from our account that is properly edited and then tried to BBC apply the preset on their own image by copying the settings on our photo and trying to paste it on theirs. Nothing happened. Are we missing something?

It is not possible to share your presets with an additional account member in Lightroom desktop yet. However, it would really help if you can share your feedback on our community:
