How is the adjustment brush flow/density set in Lr CC?

When I brush it takes several strokes to build up the effect I am looking for. Cannot find how I set how hard the brush is.

Click the small arrow at the end of the "Size" slider, that will reveal the Feather/Flow/Density sliders.
