How to change Lightroom CC to Lightroom Class plan

I was on Adobe support chat for about 45 minutes and they were not able to change my plan from Lightroom CC to Lightroom Classic. The Adobe website does not seem to allow this online. Is there an Adobe support phone number to call to do this? Thanks.

Try this link. There is a circle in the lower right-hand corner that will enable you to initiate a chat session.
