Hi, My latest version of Lightroom CC says it's offline and as a result I can't make search, I can't do anything at all. But my laptop is connected to internet. Every other app is running without problem, CC is online, yet I couldn't manage to make LR work. Couldn't manage to import any presets as well. Can somebody help me? I don't understand why it is offline at all. LR had this same problem before the latest update too.
We have to get the terminology right. There is no Lightroom CC anymore. You are either using Lightroom Classic or you are using Lightroom (for the cloud). Yeah, naming conventions change and users get confused. So which version of Lightroom are you using? Please provide the exact version if you can.
