How to keep Lightroom 5 parameters and Collections during transfer to Lightroom cc

I have been working with Lighroom 5 until today and decided it was time to migrate to Lighroom cc.

It was easy to import the pictures, however some parameters like for example the flags have not been transfered.

How can I transfer the flag status given in Lightroom 5 to the pictures in Lighroom cc?

I also have lost all my Collections. Is there an easy way to take the information from Lighroom 5 to Lighroom cc?
