I can't use lightroom from app store Help me please!!!

I use Windows 10   I connect internet but LR tell I don't connect !!

Are you signed into your Adobe account with your Adobe ID and password? Why did you download Lightroom from the App Store rather than install it from the creative cloud application manager?

I use my University account.  
and I download LR from both,  but it still has a problem with the connecting network.

my University is activated but when I  install LR and Ai   both show trials expired

Are you sure your university account includes Lightroom? It may not. Lightroom stores all of your photos in a cloud account that is connected to your subscription. It is challenging to move the photos to a new subscription after you graduate. For that reason, I think you need an individual plan for Lightroom.
