I'm unable to import any photos because when I try it keeps giving me an "error checking disk space" and I have addressed any possible space issues and I'm unable to find this error under the support section. Please help!

Please state the exact version of Lightroom you are using, the operating system you are using, and the amount of free disk space on the target hard drive.

Sorry to hear about the import error, could you please let us know where are you importing the images from local drive or external/network drive?
Also, what operating system are you working on?
You may also try the steps mentioned below:
Uninstall Lightroom via the Creative Cloud App.
Restart your computer.
Use the Creative Cloud App to reinstall Lightroom.
