Images change color once imported in Lightroom

Hola. Cuando importo mis fotografías a Ligthroom se ven igual que las hize, pero en el momento que se cargan de repente se saturan y se ponen mas rojas. Como puedo solucionar este problema?

1. Which version of Lightroom  are you using? (e.g., Lightroom 3.0 ).
2. Which Operating system and version? (e.g. "macOS v10.14.4 or Windows 10 v1703".) 
3. Any screenshots you can include?
4. Any additional info (full error message text, hardware, steps tried so far, etc )
