Impossible to start subscription

I'm (still) trying to start a subscription on my mobile phone but when I choose plan to pay monthly nothing happens except I get up some commercial info trying to convince my to buy the subscription (which is what I'm already trying to do). After clicking around in the app I'm referred to the web instead so I log in there and click to manage my subscription and there it refers me to Google play.


As usual with Adobe it is impossible to get in contact with anyone so I'm now trying to reach out here. Is there anyone that can help me how I shall proceed to be able to buy a premium subscription on my Android phone?


I guess the problem is that I'm stuck in some sort of deadlock after cancelling my monthly subscription earlier and now it is impossible to restart it.
