In Lightroom CC how do I amend skill level

I was prompted at installation to select a skill level and I mistakenly selected 'beginner', as a result the tool-bars I see are very basic. I think I should've selected intermediate or even advanced in order to see more tools.

Can you advise how to amend the Skill Level (I assume this is possible as like anything with more use you become more proficient)

The skill level is only for marketing purposes and for learning support. There is no impact on the tools available in the app. What have you installed? Lightroom CC or Lightroom Classic?
