How do i make Lightroom show up as an option to select when I am opening a file. All it shows me is Photos, Google, Amazon Photos, and Pixel.

You can't, because Lightroom does not open individual photos like these other apps do. Lightroom is a database application, so you need to import the images in Lightroom, which means they are added to the database.
