i usually use Lightroom on my iMac, i would like to know if i can upload and use all my LR presets on my lightroom iPad version?

If you use Lightroom on your iMac, not Lightroom Classic, then you do not need to do anything. Lightroom on the iPad will show all your presets as soon as you have logged in with the same account as on your iMac.
