Issues syncing between iPad and Samsung using LR Mobile

I have original photos saved to my Samsung Android phone.  I had been editing photos in Lightroom Mobile on my Samsung mobile.  I subscribe to Lightroom Mobile Premium for £4.49 per month.


I recently downloaded the Lightroom app to my iPad.  I have edited the images on the iPad and they appear to have synced to the Cloud, as when I log in to the edited versions show.  Albeit, when clicking the Cloud image in the iPad itself, it has 'Original' against both iPad and the Cloud.


Back to Samsung: the app showed the edits in preview but when I selected an image, it reverted to the original, unedited image.   I tried various things including deleting the app.  Now the images on my Samsung are Smart Previews and I can see the edits in my phone, but when I try to download the full resolution image, it reverts back to the Original.


Am I missing something?  I have tried Googling without success as everything I can find refers to sync isues with the Desktop whereas for me it is across mobile devices.
