Issues with syncing... no network connection

Lightroom is not working correctly. I have tried seeking help for this issue multiple times but with NO success. It will not sync correctly on my Mac Book Pro OS Sierra platform. I know this because I have the mobile app which is syncing correctly and the internet Lightroom is syncing appropriately as well. Please help me solve this.

If you can provide us some more information to help others work this out that would be good....

Can you see any photos in Lightroom CC Desktop?

If so, what is not syncing, Photos? Edits? Presets?

Which version of the software are you using?

Also have you tried signing out, then out of the Creative Cloud app. Then back in to both?
