License Key - use for App?

I have a Lightroom desktop program (purchased a iicense).
Can I use this for the Lightroom app? Not sure how to enter the key to allow for premium features.

Lightroom Cloud is different to a purchase. It requires a subscription. Either purchase premium features within a mobile app or subscribe to the desktop/mobile apps for $9.99 currently and get everything including premium features.
