I can't export any of my photos from Lightroom CC. It's seem to export fine when it comes to Lighroom Classic and photoshop but whenever I tried to export a photo (Any file) from CC, It would say preparing and then dissappear after a second and nothing would be exported out. I don't know if it's a bug on my laptop or it's Lightroom itself. Please someone help me fix this issue. I currently have a Macbook 15 inch mid 2015 with mac OS version 10.15.1

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about the export error with Lightroom 3.0, does it happen with a specific image or format?

Also, could you share a screenshot of the export panel, so that we can check the export panel settings?

You may also try resetting the preferences of Lightroom and see if it helps:

Reset Procedure:

  • Close Lightroom.
  • Hold down [Alt/Opt]+[Shift] while restarting Lightroom.
  • Overwrite the Preferences when prompted by the dialog.
  • Close Lightroom.
  • Restart Lightroom.

When Lightroom opens it should be logged into your Adobe ID (inherits from the Creative Cloud app).  Once you launch and have the correct Adobe ID any valid information stored on your drive will be restored and information will begin to sync down from the cloud.

Regards,

Sahil
