Lightroom 3.1 (Cloud) Sync Error and Memory Leak

My sync gets hung up on one photo, out of 141,000+ and it seems to then cause a consistent memory leak which crashes the application.

I have tried the community-driven methods to find the offending file but the 'Option-Click' on the 'Cloud Icon' doesn't bring up the list of offending files in Lightroom 3.1 (Cloud).  There is no log file I can find either.

Any help is most appreciated.

I should add, I have generated the diagnostic log, and it does list one file as having a sync issue, but gives a number database pointer to the file, not the file name or anything that can actually be queried through Lightroom to find the file.

Does Adobe monitor these forums?  Because 2 months with no answer or outreach for a product I am paying several hundred dollars a year for seems a bit lackadaisical.
