Since my most recent updates (to versions 4.2 and 10 respectively) as well as an update to Windows  (Windows 10 Version 20H2 for x64-based Systems), neither version of Lightroom is working on my computer. The application opens, but as soon as I attempt any action within the application they stop responding and freeze up. Any help?

Still awaiting an answer?

My suggestion would be- (although time consuming!)

1) Backup your LrC Catalog.

2) Un-install Lr and LrC from the Creative Cloud Desktop App

3) Run the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner App Cleaner Tool Creative Cloud

4) Re-install CC Desktop App

5) Re-install Lr & LrC (& Ps?)
