Lightroom app crashed and all my images/ filter presets have gone missing

My app crashed while I was editing a picture and when I opened it back up it deleted all my pictures and "user filters" I had saved but I'm still logged in ?

• Which version of Lightroom are you using and what device are you working with (mobile or desktop)? What is the model and make of your device?
• Did you reinstalled the app after it crashed?
