Lightroom CC - Enhance Details

When I right click on an image there is an option called 'Enhance Details' however, I get the following error message...

I have checked my system and I am running the latest version of Windows 10.  Has anyone come across this and is there a fix?

Go to This PC in File Explorer and choose system properties from the ribbon.

You should see something like this if you scroll down to Windows specifications – see image below:

Thank you ACP, I have an older version of Windows despite doing regular updates, including today.  Now I can seethe problem I can fix it.  Thanks again.
