Lightroom CC freeze and crash after a few minutes

Lightroom CC and Lightroom freeze and crash after a few minutes. Then my iMac restarts. I use MacOS Catalina 10.15.3

Any suggestions?

Sorry that Lightroom CC is not responding while editing your images after a few minutes.

Are you using Lightroom Desktop or Lightroom Classic and which exact version of the app are you using?

I'd start with disabling the GPU usage in Lightroom to check if the issue is related to an outdated/unsupported GPU driver or not. See: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/kb/troubleshoot-gpu.html#troubleshoot-gpu-ms 

To disable GPU usage in Lightroom Desktop, uncheck "use graphics processor" in the Preferences> General menu:
