First, make sure you are signed into the same Lightroom account on both the phone and the laptop. Next, check to make sure everything on the phone is synced to the cloud. You can check this under the cloud icon. You can also log into your Lightroom account at lightroom.adobe.com. Everything that has synced will be here. If what you see on your laptop doesn’t match what you see online then you are either in a different account, or your laptop may not have internet connection.
