Lightroom CC loss of work

Is anyone else losing all of their edits to photos in Lightroom CC? I've been working on a specific project and now there have been 4 separate occasions where I click into my next photo to begin edits and lose ALLLLLLLLLLLLLL of the edits I've made to the last 3 photos I'd spent hours retouching! I've chatted with Adobe however there is no solution to regain the edits which honestly I can't do anything about however I'd REALLY f*cking love it if this didn't continue to happen to me every other day. Yes, Adobe helper had me uninstall and reinstall the app and that apparently has not stopped this from occuring. I've been using the work around of creating versions of my photos so as to at least save the edits I've been doing however that feature is no longer working in my app and I have absolutely no clue as to why not!?!?!?!?! HELLLLLLLLLLP
