Lightroom cc Mobile just deleted all my pictures and presets, whats solution?

Hi everyone,  i had plenty of pictures and purchased presets in my lightroom mobile app, its been months im using it with no problem, today was the first time when opening app i was sogned out from my account (itself) i signed in, first minutes it showed just first 5 pics and  others were loading then just No photos and where all my presets an pics gone? what can i do

Sorry to hear that the presets and images have suddenly disappeared from Lightroom on your mobile. Could you please check if these assets are acccesible on Lightroom Web https://lightroom.adobe.com/ 

Also, which version of Lightrom app are you using?
