I just downloaded Lightroom CC for my iPad and it gave me the option to pay $6.49 a month and get the premium features along with 100 gb of storage. What is this? Is this the same thing that Adobe is offering on their website or is it something sneaky Apple is doing? Where is the 100 go of cloud storage coming from? iCloud or Creative Cloud? Anyone have any further infonon this. Let me know. Thanks
I had never heard of the $6.49 premium plan for Lightroom CC on iOS, so I looked it up. The reason I had not heard of it is that the extras that come with that plan are automatically enabled when one has any of the subscriptions for desktop applications that I outlined above. Assuming one has the desktop apps, then in Lightroom CC for iOS one signs in with one's Adobe ID and the features are just there; no further steps are needed to activate them.
In other words, if you subscribe to, say, the Ad

With any if the storage plans you can do this, yes. You share the link of an Album (or a group of photos - but this is currently at http://lightroom.adobe.com) and the recipient can download from there (download settings only available at http://lightroom.adobe.com and Lightroom CC for Android and iOS)

I just downloaded the Lightroom app to my new iPad Pro. I have tried logging in and out, deleting the app and redownloading, I've checked the subscriptions portion in my settings, but I am still not seeing the premier settings on my iPhone 10 or iPad. Can someone help? Adobe sent me to Apple Support, but I've yet to hear back from them.
I have no problem paying the extra $5-6 for the premium package, but I can't even find a place where I would go to upgrade it.

First, what log-in are you using? Do you have a subscription to Adobe CC or the Adobe Photography Plan on your computer? If so, then you use the same log-in data as you use on your computer account.

I don't have a plan on my computer, as the battery on my Macbook expanded a few months ago rendering it completely useless. I cancelled that account and started completely new one through Apple on my new iPad Pro. I had tried logging in and out, deleting the app, searched for upgrade options and couldn't find anything. 24 hours later, I logged out and back in again and suddenly it started working.

All’s well that ends well.
As for your MBP with a swollen battery, the same happened to my beloved 2010 17” MBP recently. I took it to an independent Mac specialist, MacMedics.com, and they removed the battery. Works great on AC power only. Good for another nine years.

You’ve posted to an ancient thread. It is highly unlikely that the issue described in this thread, though not impossible, is the same one you are currently experiencing. Rather than resurrect an old thread that is seemingly similar, you are better off posting to a new thread with fresh, complete information, including system information, a complete description of the problem, and step-by-step instructions for reproduction.
If the issue is the same, we will merge you back into the appropriate location.
Thank you!
