I'm using the latest Lightroom CC Version 3 Build 20191017-0835-b386176
On my MacBook Pro 2018 running Cataline 10.15.1
Photos on external SSD. 444gb worth.
When running Lightroom CC
#1 it constantly displays "No network connection" and the cloud icon has an X through it.
Sometime it will start working for a short period and then disconnect again.
#2 if I alter the preference to store a copy of all originals -> i click yes, asks me to restart, yes, doesn't restart, if i engage manual restart it doesn't implement these preference...

#3 when running Lightroom CC on my iPhone...Cloud Sync pref displays 1,001.91 GB of 1TB available.
Also tried generating "mini log" from Prefs but it also stalls whiile creating....no outcome
