this is an enterprise account (I'm a student)
when I attempted to launch Lightroom I was greeted with this:
it says I can't use the app because I don't have cloud storage, but I have 100GB as shown when I access https://assets.adobe.com/files.
BUT when I access https://lightroom.adobe.com/ and /https://spark.adobe.com/ it says access is denied. because I don't think I have a way to contact the IT administrator like Adobe tells me to. do you guys have any ideas on how I could fix this?
Sorry that you cannot use Lightroom dekstop despite having 100 GB allocated storage on your enterprise account.
As you've mentioned that you do not access to Lightroom web anf Creative Cloud account, I believe that the account administrator has restricted it and have somehow disabled the storage.
I'd recommend that you get in touch with the account administrator and ask them to check the recommend account settings for end user.
