Lightroom CC Sync Issues v.3.3

I updated to Lighroom CC 3.3 recently and my photos are no longer syncing. I just get the spinning wheel that says "syncing 220 photos" -- it hasn't changed for a few days. I've tried uninstalling, reverting to an older version, restarting my computer, deleting and reuploading the photos, and all the "option" "shift" "alt" hacks recommended via other forums. Nothing seems to be fixing it. Any ideas?
