Lightroom CC V.3 on Computer showing a different number of images on Lightroom CC on all Devices

I have switched from Lightroom Classic to Lightroom CC so I can sync images on tablet and phones.  All devices (2 phones and 1 tablet) show 3168 images and my Computer based app is showing 3808 images.  Why are they not the same munber of images across the board?
