Lightroom desktop 3.1 crashes at startup

Hallo,

 

 

Ich habe mir Heute Lightroom mit der Creative Cloud auf meinem Windows PC installiert.

Leider stürzt Lightroom direkt beim Start ab, es erscheint nur ein weisser Bildschrim und dann der Crash Report. Hab auch schon die ältere 3.0 Version getestet, funktioniert allerdings auch nicht.

Neuinstallieren half auch nicht und Windows ist auf dem aktuellen Stand.

Hat jemand eine Ahnung was das Problem sein könnte.

Hi Sk,

 

Sorry that Lightroom desktop is crashing at startup on your computer. That isn't a great user experience, let us help make it right.

 

Would you mind signing out of the Creative Cloud desktop app and then sign back in?(with all Adobe apps closed)

Also, share the first 20 lines of the crash report with us or upload the report to Dropbox and share the URL with us. This way we can identify the root cause of the crash.

Hi Akash,

 

 

I have completely logged out of all apps and restarted them. Creative cloud has also been reinstalled. unfortunately without effect. Attached is a screenshot of the LR start.

Sorry that the issue still persists. Please submit the crash reposrt by clicking the " send crash report" option and let us know so that we can check it and diagnose the root cause of the crash.
