Lightroom Desktop on Mac: Image is cut out in the Grid view and only partially visible

As you can see,I CAN'T see his face. of course,I took pics of his face. but on the Lightroom,it doesn't show it.

Sorry that you can only see the image partially in Lightroom Desktop.

 

Which version of Lightroom Desktop are you using and what is the version of macOS on your computer?

 

Would you mind resetting the Lightroom app preferences to default? Press and hold the Shift + Option + Delete keys.(Mac) or Press and hold the Shift + Alt keys while starting Lightroom. A dialog box should appear asking you restore the preferences.

 

Also, does the problem occurs with all the images or only the one's you've imported recently?
